As a member you have unlimited use of the 24 hour gym and all of the new equipment, a free personal training program where staff will demonstrate how equipment should be used to ensure you are getting the most from your workout. Members also benefit from the many complimentary fitness classes, which have just been announced in the Spring/Summer schedule.
